The eLearning platform provides companies and entrepreneurs with access to high-quality training, continuous support throughout the learning process, and the flexibility to manage their training while balancing professional and family commitments.
The training pathways are divided into two categories: competency-based and specialized pathways.
Competency-Based Pathways
They are designed to build and develop key business competencies, such as leadership skills, financial knowledge, marketing, and communication, among others. In addition, they include short training modules focused on entrepreneurship and launching new ventures in the marketplace.
They are organized into five main areas: Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Team Management, Project Management, Commercial and Technological Development, and Circular Economy.
Specialized Pathways
Specialized Pathways
These pathways are designed for specific target groups and sectors, including initiatives to improve the employability of final-year university students, provide training for employees in talent management and HR departments, support aspiring entrepreneurs, and equip educators with sustainability-related knowledge and skills.
The program follows a blended learning approach, combining a series of virtual workshops and microlearning modules with in-person sessions, seminars, and roundtable discussions. These activities are designed to reinforce and expand upon the knowledge acquired through the online training experience.
The Program includes five specialized pathways:
1. Circular Economy Pathway
This pathway is aimed at both final-year university students and any professional (employed or unemployed) who wishes to gain training in sustainability and the circular economy, while strengthening their foundational knowledge in these areas.
The training pathway provides participants with access to essential sustainability concepts that can enhance their skills and create new career opportunities. It also seeks to broaden participants’ perspectives, enabling them to apply circular economy principles across a wide range of industries and sectors in a cross-functional manner.
This pathway can be completed either through online sessions or through the up-to-date microlearning modules available on the e-learning platform.

It also aims to help participants broaden their perspectives and apply entrepreneurial knowledge across different fields, disciplines, and organizations.
The training pathway provides access to fundamental entrepreneurship knowledge that can enhance skills and create new career opportunities for individuals interested in entrepreneurial activities.
